ALL ORDERS WITH PROMOTIONAL FREE SHIPPING WILL SHIP OUT WITH THE LEAST EXPENSIVE CARRIER OPTION AT WAIHANA'S DISCRETION.

Domestic Shipping
PLEASE NOTE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ALL RETURNS.
We are a small local business and ship wetsuits three times per week. Electing for expedited shipping does not guarantee that your package will leave our facility on the same day. Please allow 2 business days for processing of all orders.
Wherever possible, we strive to ship the majority of our packages with FedEx 2-Day direct from our warehouse on Oahu. A variety of metered rates will be made available during the checkout process.
Shipping on domestic orders will only be reimbursed for returns if WAIHANA provides you a Return Label. Domestic returns are processed by our customer support staff. To initiate a return, login to your Waihana customer account and initiate a return or email us at sales@waihana.com.
Once our staff issue you a Return Authorization, you will receive a complimentary return label. Please remember to follow our return policy explicitly to expedite your refund. PLEASE NOTE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ALL RETURNS.
International Shipping
PLEASE NOTE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ALL RETURNS. For all international shipping we use FedEx International Economy unless you select otherwise during the checkout process. All international packages will be sent with Delivery Tracking. We offer expedited metered rates with FedEx during checkout. Please do not contact us for any rates beyond what is listed during checkout.
Shipping on international orders will not be reimbursed for returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship out and pay for the return postage for all international parcels. To initiate a return, utilize the Customer Support link on our homepage or email us at sales@waihana.com.
Once our staff issue you a Return Authorization Number, you may return the package to us and must write the RMA Number on the side of the box. You should also send us the tracking number you get from your courier so that we can be advised when the shipment will be arriving.
Please remember to follow our return policy explicitly to expedite your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
